A beautiful, vintage mannequin made from papier mâché with a perfectly imperfect, creamy white plaster finish.
This wonderful, full length mannequin has so much character. The plaster is beautifully crackled all over it's surface and some small patches have fallen away over time giving it such a lovely, rustic feel. This free standing piece was salvaged from a museum in the south of England where it was once presumably used to display vintage clothes. It has a handwritten label on one hip which reads 'Reigate Museum'.
Now, to me, this piece is almost a work of art and could make a beautiful, unique display item in your home. It would also look very pretty styled in your bedroom with your favourite bags or necklace. It would also make a great photography or shop prop.
Please note that I have two of these pieces for sale separately.
