Dating from the late 1800s, this is a very delicate and intricate piece of every day, Japanese history. A set of Japanese shopkeeper's accounts with each page giving a unique daily record of what the shopkeeper sold, written in beautiful Japanese script.
The piece is in lovely vintage condition, the pages are well worn with light creasing which is no surprise given it's age and use!
